The Red-billed Buffalo weavers (Bubalornis niger) are found in the following African countries: Angola, Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. They are typically associated with dry savanna areas.
